First Baptist-Eminence is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment where children can learn about and experience God’s love. It is the goal of the church to provide appropriate supervision for all church sponsored activities involving children and to minimize risk in all church spaces where children might be.

Making informed decisions doesn’t just happen by chance. Background screening helps us fill the gaps between our church volunteers and their actual history. Choice Screening is an exclusive partner of the Missouri Baptist Convention. 

The Enhanced National Criminal Search includes: National Sex Offender Registry; Most Wanted Lists FBI, DEA, ATF, Interpol; OFAC Terrorist Database Search; OIG, GSA, SAM, FDA; All felonies and misdemeanors reported to the National; a SSN trace and associated names and address history; Runs Alias’ through the National. All potential hits are verified at the county level to ensure accuracy.

Choice Screening AutoComplete will search unlimited County and/or Statewide Criminal records (felony and misdemeanor) to include all jurisdictions where the applicant and the Social Security Number Search have reported residing within the last 7 years.

Screening Application: All church employees and volunteers who work with children or a vulnerable population within First Baptist-Eminence must undergo and be approved prior to beginning their duties and responsibilities.
